Rainbow Saudi Arabia has started operation in August 1998 as one of the diversified business activities of aDawliah Universal Electronics Co. Rainbow is the product name produced by Rexair Inc. whose headquarters is in Troy while the plant is in Cadillac, Michigan, U.S.A. The first Rainbow machine was produced in 1936 and since then, Rexair has adopted the philosophy of specializing in one product and not to branch into other electrical or electronic appliances but to focus on developing this unique machine and change its outer look at several intervals. The main characteristics of the machine are summarized in using a powerful motor, which generates a consistent high airflow to carry the surface dust, and dirt to water based filter system. A separator and a Hepa filter, used to neutralize the air are two other major characteristics of the machine.

Since Rainbow is a multi function-cleaning machine for homes, it naturally concerns the housewife. Therefore, Rexair has chosen the Direct Sales method believing that it is better to approach the Clients rather than they come to you. Aclient owns a Rainbow after he/she watches a complete demonstration on the machine and its accessories. The Rainbow is a home cleaning system with over than 21 cleaning functions of which the most important one; Air washing, sanitizing, aromatizing and deodorizing, getting rid of all the dust and dirt around the house especially the Dustmite which is a tiny insect causing asthma and allergy.

After the success of Rainbow Riyadh main office, aDawliah started carrying out its ambitious and strategic plans by establishing other branches in the Kingdom and the region. Rainbow Jeddah was opened in Dec. 1999 followed by Rainbow Kuwait in July 1999 then Madinah and Al-Khobar in Nov. 2000 respectively. Rainbow U.A.E. was opened in March 2001.
